| If you are considering this item as an alternative to more expensive magnetic grounds, allow me to save you the time and frustration. The magnet is very weak, and the "ground" portion depends on a tiny spring to keep it in contact with the work/ table. The result: no (or intermittant) arc at the electrode, and a giant explosive arc at the ground. Be safe- stay away from this product! |
