| Do NOT buy this poduct for the Surebonder 9600! | 2010-02-07 | 3 / 5 |
|
| Please note: This product (300-38-5M 3/8 Inch 22 gauge staples) will not fit the Sureboneer 9600...this product is for the Surebonder 9610. There is a difference in size and I did not find this out until this product arrived and stated on the staple box for model 9610. Thus, with my Surebonder 9600...I went to my local hardware store and purchased some Arrow T50 HD staples which worked just fine. |

| I put about 1000 of these staples through a Surebonder 9615 today, without a single jam or problem. The staples worked just as they should. Considering the cost of the gun and a box of staples, that's a great bargain. I'm quite pleased with this product. |
| very good staples | 2009-12-03 | 5 / 5 |

| they worked great for reupholstering chairs. i used them with the 9615 surebonder pneumatic staple gun. never had a jam or anything go wrong yet. the go through heavy upholstery fabric layered with foam and stuffing like butter. i have yet to have any not fully sink into the wood. i read many bad reviews saying miss fires, staples didn't fit, didn't sink in, jams, etc. i swear, i can't figure how people had any of these problems. i'm still waiting to see what could cause one. |

| when i was having lots of trouble with staple guns jamming i purchased a new gun that still had problems .. but i found that even though they are supposed to be the same size, staples are different from different manufacturers .. some are smaller, bigger, wider, thicker, thinner .. it seems as though each manufacturer makes them a little different maybe so that they are the only thing you can use in their staplers ... i call that cheating .. so who is right .. well i used a micrometer to measure several brands .. i got different results and many were not exactly the size they claim to be .. the surebonder staples were an exception .. they were dead centered in their spec which is actually the size they claim to be ... well if you have a surebonder stapler then surebonder staples work great ... now a different brand stapler might be designed to accept slightly narrower staples and their own brand satisfies that .. only their brand works reliably ... well who is right .. i say its the guy that makes them the size they claim to be without cheating and that seems to be surebonder .. if your staple gun is designed to use off spec staples then thats a problem with integrety of that manufacturer .. you are forced to use their off sized staples to make it work reliably .. so far the surebonder staples have been trouble free in my surebonder staple gun .. they also seem to work better in some other brands as well .. but not all as you can see from above..you cant very well claim that surebonder is doing the same thing. you cant say they are cheating by using staples that are actually the size that the other staples should be .. thumbs up for surebonder for doing it right .. |
