I live in the Colorado Desert where the summer heat is quite severe. Most hoses I have owned have a one year life span at most.
This hose is so strong (even pretty with its silver color) and dependable that it is a pleasure to use. Even my gardener told me how thrilled he was with the performance of this hose. I'm going to buy another one as a second hose of mine has just sprung a leak. It isn't even a year old. But the summer took its toll.
This one didn't even flinch in the downbeating sun. It did great and it is a pleasure to have it. |

This is a very nice hose. Probably the best hose I've ever owned - HOWEVER, my response to all the reviews saying this can't get kinks in it would be: "not in my experience". I've experienced several kinks - definitely less than if I had a typical cheapo discount store hose, but this is certainly not absolutely kink proof like other reviews and the high price tag would imply. Just to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, I had my local hose enthusiast Blair come over to test it out, and he experienced a number of kinks as well.
3 stars - very good hose, but I deduct 1 star because it's not truly kink proof, deduct 1 star for the high price, and deduct 1 star for the annoying metal coil that makes it difficult to access my hose roller-upper, then I add back 1 star for style points due to the sweet metallic coating. |

| A bit expensive, never have kinked on me. That was the reason I bought this high dollar hose. It is a lot better then the high price cheap crap I have been buying from Lowes. |

| Without a doubt this is the best hose I have ever owned. As another reviewer said one does not usually wax poetic over an hose but I certainly do about this one! Am going to buy a second one now. |
